David has 25 years of restaurant experience, including 8 years as
Beverage Director for Maggiano's Little Italy. He worked extensively
with wineries around the world to develop a wine program and
events for over 40 Maggiano's restaurants nationwide.

In 2005, David was awarded the Cheers Magazine Beverage Excellence Award for Best Chain Restaurant Wine Program. The award recognized his creative and open approach
to developing a program to help assist consumers order wine.

He is a member of the Society of Wine Educators and holds an Introductory Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

David is also a core volunteer for the Dallas-area Habitat for Humanity and participates

in constructing homes on a monthly basis. He is also an active member of The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau.
